How to join as a member? |
|
Registration is FREE.
Once
registered, you can use all services
findhandyman provides.
Before you register, please read the
user
agreement at the beginning of
registration.
Click the
'Register' button just under the main menus.
On the
fallowing screen you will be asked your registration
information. Please complete all the fields marked with
the * sign.
On the
fallowing screen you will be asked to fill in your
username.
You now have
the possibility to subscribe to our weekly newsletter.
Please select the arias that you are interested in.
You will be
redirected to your member home page.

Forgot Username and Password? |
|
|
If you
cannot remember Username and password, you can get a new
password after you fill out your e-mail
address on the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' page which is
located under the main menus. Your Username and new
password will be sent via your registered e-mail
address. Your registered e-mail address should match
with e-mail address provided to. In case current e-mail
address is different form e-mail provided to
findhandyman for membership registration, please contact

support@findhandyman.net with as much information as you remember. We will
contact you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel membership? |

| Please send e-mail to
support@findhandyman.net
with your Username, name. address, e-mail and contact
information. After checking, we will take a procedure to
delete you from our membership list. Even in this case,
the record will be kept for 5 years according to
commerce law and the necessity of information storage at

Can I get new listings emailed to
my account? |

| You can do
so by subscribing to our weekly email listings. Click on
Member Services and then on Subscribe/Underscribe in the
"Email & Messaging" category. | |

How do I stop receiving emails? |

underscribe from our messages. Click on Member Services
and then on Subscribe/Underscribe in the "Email &

How do I change my account
information? |

| To change
your account information you will have to login in your
account then click on Member Services then click on
"Edit Your Registration".
You will be
taken to a screen where you can modify all your personal
information.

How to create my profile? |
|
| To create
or change your profile you will have to login in your
account then click on Member Services then click on
"Edit Your Profile".
On the
fallowing screen you have to input all the information
that you what to be showed on your profile.

How to contact the
buyer/programmer
during the bidding period? |
|
Before a
bid has been chosen you can contact the buyer/programmer
using the Message Base future. To do so please login in
your account then click Member Services then click on
Message Base or fallow this direct
link. Please note that contacting buyer / programmer
before a bid has been chosen outside of findhandyman.net is a
violation of findhandyman.net
Terms and Conditions, and can result in suspension,
termination and/or legal action.
After a bid has been chosen both parties will receive
additional contact information. | |
